Positive: Great ammenities and superb communication with the estate. Plenty of firewood. Lots of mod cons which everyone loved.
Negative: This is just a minor detail (and an easy fix) though everyone agreed the toilet paper was a bit thin!

Positive: The location was awesome, Arrowtown and Millbrook less than 10 minutes away and when we went in to Queenstown, the closest route took you in over the Shotover River and avoided all the traffic hassles of the main road. The home is lovely and very welcoming, spacious enough for a large group ... we were 8 adults and two children ... to have their own space if needed but also plenty big enough that we could all be together. You are totally private, with a great outlook and excellent outdoor areas ... perfect after a day of sightseeing or golfing.
Summary: Snowland Estate would be hard to beat ... I am sure we will be back

Positive: The house was very spacious for our entire family - plenty of room both inside & out. It was very easy to follow the instructions from the property manager for entry. All the facilities were top quality and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely having a pool as the weather was excellent and we could cool off after our day's outings and then in the evening enjoy the spa pool.
Negative: There is nothing I could fault.

Positive: The location and views were spectacular. We had a family of 9 stay here and the place was bigger than we expected. Privacy is a huge factor in our trips with the family and this house and property ticked all the boxes. The house is full of smart technology and wifi throughout which the kids and Misses loved as they could share all their memories from the day trips. Best part of our day was lighting the outdoor fire and watching the sun set over the snow capped mountains while enjoying a glass or two. AMAZING and highly recommended if you have the chance to stay here. 10 minutes drive from Queenstown which was great but we found everything we needed closer to home in Arrowtown. The pubs there had great feeds (The main pub in town was the best dinner we had on our whole trip, 10 out of 10) and less tourists which felt a lot more comfortable than the busy Queenstown. The family loved everything this placed offered.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was the master bed as we are use to a much harder mattress and that one you sunk right into.
Summary: 10 out of 10 and if we ever go back to New Zealand we will want to stay here again.
